Every piece is unique, and as such, we provide a bespoke estimate after a thorough evaluation in our atelier. The fee typically reflects:

Artisanal Labor: The time required for high-precision handiwork.
Material Costs: Any additional gold, silver or precious stones needed to restore the piece's integrity.
Logistics: Secure, insured shipping to and from our master workshop.

Yes. Once your order is finalized, you will receive a personal tracking link. For Bespoke or Made-to-Order pieces, our concierge will provide milestone updates as your story is "etched in stone," from the initial CAD design to the final polishing in our atelier.

Please note that Bespoke and Customized creations, being uniquely etched with your personal narrative, are considered final sale.. Absolutely. Many of our clients use Gift Voucher as a starting point for a custom journey. The value of the card can be applied toward the subsequent crafting of a "Story, Etched in Brilliance." It is the perfect way to initiate a legacy that the recipient helps design.

A legacy should never be rushed. To honour the timeless nature of our jewelry, all Maison Gift Voucher are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. This ensures the recipient has ample time to find the exact moment that warrants a new "timestamp of triumph."

Redemption is a seamless process. While placing the final order, simply email the digital or physical gift voucher. The value will be immediately deducted from the total. If the chosen brilliance exceeds the value of the gift, the remaining balance can be settled via any of our secure payment methods.

The House does not charge administrative fees for the issuance or redemption of gift voucher. You simply select the value you wish to bestow. Please note, however, that the purchase of a Gift Voucher final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash.
